Everything you need to know about our artworks

We offer worldwide shipping with full tracking and insurance. Because every painting is hand-painted to order, your artwork is created after you place your order — so please plan for the following:

  • Production: about 20 days — Quanxi hand-paints your artwork himself
  • Progress photos: white outline around day 5, fur work around day 12, finished painting around day 18
  • Shipping: about 7-12 days after the painting is finished
  • Total: usually about 30 days, and often shorter depending on the artwork

Shipping is free on qualifying orders; a flat shipping fee applies otherwise. All paintings are packed with professional shock-resistant materials to ensure safe delivery.

Yes. Every commission includes progress photos by email, so nothing is painted in the dark:

  • Day 5: the white outline (白描) on Xuan paper
  • Day 12: the fur work and colour layering
  • Day 18: the finished painting, inscription and seal
  • Day 20: the packed piece before it ships

You can reply at any stage if you want a detail adjusted before the final seal.

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can:

  • Visit our tracking page and enter the tracking number
  • Log in to your account to check order status
  • Click the tracking link in the email

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express

  • Bank Transfer: International wire transfer supported

All payments are encrypted to keep your funds safe.
