We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and images. However, due to the following factors:

• Handmade paintings may have minor differences from piece to piece
• Measurement methods may cause slight size deviations

We are not responsible for minor differences between product images and the actual product.

• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time
• Prices are usually fixed once an order is confirmed
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways

• Every painting is made to order; production takes about 20 days before dispatch
• Shipping after dispatch takes about 7-12 days; total delivery is usually about 30 days and may be shorter depending on the artwork
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
• Buyers may be required to pay import duties and taxes
• Orders exceeding a certain value may be subject to customs duties

All our paintings are hand-painted and made to order. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details. In summary:

• Each painting is hand-crafted custom artwork, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted
• Returns or free replacements are only available for items damaged in transit
• Report transit damage with photos within 48 hours of delivery
• Approved damage claims receive a free replacement or full refund

All content on this Website, including but not limited to:

• Logos, trademarks, and brand names
• Product images and descriptions
• Website design and text content
• Software and code
